Sharing
We share information only as needed to serve you: with insurance carriers, managing general agents, and service vendors (including FormSubmit, which delivers website quote forms to our email) under confidentiality expectations; when required by law; or with your direction. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention & security
We keep client and prospect records as long as needed for insurance, regulatory, and legitimate business purposes, then delete or archive them according to our practices. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
Your choices
Email or call us to update your contact details, ask what we hold about you in our agency files, or request that we stop non-essential marketing messages. Insurance recordkeeping rules may require us to retain certain information even if you ask us to delete marketing contacts.
California notice
We are California-licensed insurance producers. For consumer rights related to insurance transactions, you may also contact the California Department of Insurance.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which receives your IP address and browser information under Google's privacy policy. Quote forms are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Links to X, Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, governed by their own policies. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Do Not Track
Our site does not track you across third-party websites and does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals or Global Privacy Control, because we do not engage in cross-site tracking, sale or sharing of personal information.
Insurance information practices
Information collected for an insurance quote may be disclosed without your authorization as permitted by the California Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act (Insurance Code §791 et seq.) and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, such as to insurers to underwrite your request. You may request access to and correction of recorded personal information about you by contacting us. Carriers that issue your policy provide their own privacy notices.
